Refund policy

At Marketing Vending Machine, we are committed to your satisfaction. Given the digital nature of our products, our return policy is limited. Returns are generally not offered, but in special circumstances, they may be authorized by the MVM team. All return requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

To request a return, if authorized:

Damages and Issues For issues such as receiving the wrong product or encountering a defect, please contact us immediately upon discovery so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions Non-returnable items include:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, as per EU regulations.

Refunds If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, processing times can vary with your bank or credit card company.
